Air-to-air heat pumps and mains gas cost about the same per unit of heat at today's prices. If that's you, buy this for the cooling and treat the heating as a bonus. We say so on your results page, in those words. If you heat with storage or panel heaters, it usually will save you money, and we show you how much.
Nobody can price your job to the pound from a phone survey, and we won't pretend to. You get an installed price band for the whole job, and the specification behind it for each room. Installers then quote against that same specification, so you can see where each one lands.
Installers pay us a fixed fee when they accept your specification. If you take finance, we receive a commission from the lender of about 2.5% of the amount borrowed. It does not change the rate you pay. You see the actual figure for your job in the survey, before you choose.
